Envelopes Allen Envelope & Printing is a growing company that
produces both traditional and special make envelopes, including (but
not limited to) commercial, official, billing/statement, side seam
or diagonal seam, square flap, combination statement & return,
special window, booklet & catalog in all sizes, document,
latex seal, inter-departmental, E-Z insert, and more. All of
our envelopes can be produced with both standard security tints
or custom inside tinting.
We manufacture envelopes, as well as
print and other media, for any run size.

Our customers span a range of industries,

1000 customers. We plan to grow
our business through word-of-mouth referrals. Most of our business
comes
from referrals, both within one company and across different businesses.
Ours
is a long-term approach to growth. We plan to expand the number
of
customers we serve through existing customer recommendations, and
we treat
every customer with that in mind.
Most of our customers work for companies seeking
to stabilize
costs at the lowest possible level and reduce risk by putting
a qualified supplier
under contract. To support this effort, we set up our business
to be as flexible
as possible. We haven’t built a bureaucracy to limit communication;
rather, our
teams form a matrix, so our customers’ priorities are visible
to everyone.

of our program. Our
approach to account management is flawless customer service.

are often last minute, and don’t always, or even usually,
fit neatly into a defined
process. Our planned process confirms the work completed so far

documents the changes, and any costs, for the customer. We want
to be sure
that we understand the change and your requirements. Our customer
service
group tracks change orders personally in order to ensure that
they are executed
at the lowest cost and quickest turnaround. Please remember that
with a
company our size, every order is visible and relevant to us.
There is so
bureaucracy between the customer service staff and production
area.
Our warehousing programs support several
customers. We store both raw materials and finished goods. We use
our own
inventory so we can offer low costs and still offer just-in-time
delivery. For
online ordering, we have a few options:
- third-party catalog systems, like Ariba
- EDI
- your internal catalog
- your own website, developed by Allen

- fax & telephone (where a live person
will answer your call!)
It is our job to make placing an order as easy as possible, and
to that end we
seek to accommodate your processes. Working this way has given
us
experience with many systems, including electronic catalogs.

We have several ordering sites developed for specific
customers. These sites can include:
- A list or catalog of available items, with thumbnail sketches
if you choose
- PDF proofs to show personalized information for each individual
order. These proofs are reviewed by the customer before
the final order is sent to us.
- Electronic order and shipping confirmations
- Direct billing to the company on a blanket or individual
purchase order, or a purchasing card
- Familiar shopping cart order structure
